Called to see about getting truck fixed. Guy acted like I was rude for calling. I'll be taking my business elsewhere you jerk.
You're pretty lucky if you get anybody to answer the phone at this establishment. Especially DURING work hours. In the rare times you do get an answer, the man acts like you've completely ruined his life, has a tantrum, and then refuses you service. The only thing asked if him was if he was available to work on a vehicle, and he went ballistic. Maybe he was once a good mechanic in his time, but if this is how he's going to continue to treat his customers, maybe he should think about retirement. I highly recommend anyone who ... read more
