Always pleasant on the phone and the tech they sent out to install my new propane tank, Rob, was a Rockstar and very informative and friendly. Van Dyke Gas blows Ameri Gas out of the water.
They fill the tank up fully vs the trade in tanks that you swap out at box stores. Service was great.
Pulled up. They filled all of my cylinders and I was on my way.
Horrible service. Had a new tank set scheduled, informed them when the appointment was scheduled that my yard was soft, and was told they had a utility vehicle they would send out that wouldn't sink in too much. The guy that came to set the tank was not informed of this and contacted the office to find out what to do. The office decided they were not going to do anything and told me to contact them in 2 or 3 months when things dry up and they can set the tank.
