Our family had a deeply disappointing experience with this facility regarding their long-term care policies. Leading up to our decision, we were explicitly led to believe that the facility would accommodate my father long-term by being proactive as he neared Medicaid eligibility.Unfortunately, this was not the case. From the time my parents moved to Van Dyk Park Place nearly 10 years ago, and throughout my father's long illness, I have always felt nothing but kindness and support from the administration and staff. When my father eventually passed, the love and attention given to my mother was extraordinary in every way. She continues to live a happy life here, and I have such peace of mind knowing she is treated like family, with the utmost respect and care. I have nothing but praise for Van Dyk Park Place!
My aunt has been at Van Dyk Park Place for over 11 years. She continually receives excellent health care and social interaction. The staff is kind and supportive. It's apparent how much they care about each resident. I'm thrilled that my aunt has found a joyful and caring home. I wholeheartedly recommend the community.
Van Dyk is a great place. Staff is very responsive and comforting to my husband. The place is bright and so clean. The food is wonderful . The activities are varied. I’m so glad I chose Van Dyk.
