Dr. Van Dran and her staff always give us unhurried, pleasant, and highly professional care. She listens attentively to questions and makes her explanations clear and easy to understand. She is highly knowledgeable in her field, and keeps up to date on all the methods and devices which have kept me seeing better for many years.
I was traveling from out of town and had a medical eye emergency. I pulled into the parking lot before they opened so I could try to be seen as soon as possible. A lady pulled in and asked if I was waiting and I said yes. She said how are you this morning. When I told her what was going on she said come with me. She took me right back to an examining room.
