We used Kory for our new home construction and had problems with him during the build (cutting a floor joist that caused us to fail inspection and pay a carpenter for re-work is one example - and then he blamed our carpenter), in so much that we finished some work on our own that we paid him for because we didn’t care for his quality of work. Kory Van Dorf did my entire new construction home last year. Everything he did turned out great. His price was good and he worked with me on fixture choice. Would use him again if I need a plumber again, but doesn't look like it!
