Amazing showroom. Friendly Staff. Great selections to fit most any budget. The offices in the building are in little houses so you can visualize the many options in person.
I have to say that I am very disappointed from their lack of customer service. Last year, I purchased a screen door which was installed without instance but this year the slide mechanism is not working properly. I dropped in to the store to voice my concern and didn’t hear anything from them so I call a couple of weeks later. I have heard nothing from anyone. I’m very disappointed in their lack of concern.
Van Dolder’s installed a new patio door for me. They were on time and on budget. There was an issue that came up with some leakage but when I called Susie immediately sent in a team And Andre did a spectacular job of sealing the door and installing all new wood trim. It looks fabulous. They were easy to work with. Andre was very generous with his time and expertise!
We had a great experience working with Van Dolder's. Their team was responsive, professional, and easy to coordinate with throughout the process.
They said it was a lifetime guarantee and they are true to their word. Exceptional service from the Collingwood home base, Manny and Sue. Saving the best for last with Andre and Chris who completed a replacement part with the utmost in efficiency and charm. Great way to start your day with a visit from this team. Great work all! Thank you.
