I have to agree with the low ratings. Tony and Alfred are very nice and give you the feeling that they have a quailty product and great customer service. Unfortunately the opposite is true. After waiting 6 months for two custom carpets (that were supposed to be ready in 3-4 months) they told me both carpets were ready for delivery and I paid them in full (stupid me).
