This review is for the front desk lady Karen. Her customer service skills are the worst I’ve ever seen. We had an issue with my daughter prescription and she was unbelievably rude to me on the phone when I voiced my frustration about my daughter not being able to get her prescription because the pharmacy told me they never received it. She proceeded to tell me “that’s not my problem and he’s out of town so don’t get on me about it I can’t do anything” she raised her voice at me and was completely unprofessional. We love Dr. VanDenBerghe! I feel confident taking my first baby to him. He is straightforward, has more holistic approach, well researched, and genuinely cares about your child. Definitely recommend taking your kids here.

The doctor and nurses are absolutely amazing. The front desk ladies are really rude and make you feel like you’re a burden.
He is absolutely the best pediatrician I have ever met. He has been extremely helpful with getting the right help for my kids needs. He listens to you and takes all the time needed to answer your questions and explain different options.
