Absolutely love this gym! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the vibrant atmosphere. The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained, which makes my workouts so much more enjoyable. The community vibe is fantastic; I’ve met some great people who motivate me to push harder. Plus, the cleanliness of the facility is impressive, which is a big plus for me. If you’re looking for a place to get fit and have fun while doing it, I highly recommend checking this gym out! You won’t be disappointed!
A first class gym with plenty of space and all the equipment and more for a complete and varied workout. Add to that the most hospitable and welcoming owners. Happy to have found this place
Two years ago I broke my neck on a nasty mountain bike accident, from which I am lucky to be alive/walking - 3 surgeries+6 months rehab. However though I was lucky I was in constant pain, unable to hold my arms above my head, and more. By chance I was introduced to VDF - completely changed my life to no pain, fit, and stronger than pre-accident.
