BEWARE: AVOID AT ALL COST!! This will be without a doubt; the WORST living situation you’ll ever experience. The property management team is the most UNPROFESSIONAL team since I’ve been living in this God forsaken apartment complex. The cleanliness in this apartment is absolutely TERRIBLE. This place has gone to absolutely hell. This Property Manager is never in the office. They are not keeping up with cleaning. The hallways looks terrible. Dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty doors. They are not keeping up with Pest Control. I’ve been scheduled for an extermination TWICE. And failed to actually get one. This current property manager is unable to deal with unhappy tenants. I once used to love living here, it has now became a nightmare!!
Non responsive tried calling a handful of times and never get a response
The new manager with the short blonde hair is super disrespectful, never in the office and can never seem to do her job. Can we at least have one decent property manager ? Like DAMN . They get worse and worse
If I COULD GIVE A -10, I WOULD! The unit itself is modern with updated appliances — that's the only positive. But the management? Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to inform them multiple times, via both email and in person, about my lease termination. Despite that, I kept receiving emails, phone calls, and even printed letters urging me to renew — as if they never documented anything. During the holidays, my packages were STOLEN THREE TIMES.
