The quality of these houses has declined dramatically. This is our second house we bought from Van Daele & it's unbelievable the poor craftsmanship that went into the building of the house. The defects ranged anything from the front door frame installed crooked to a bathroom countertop they installed which had a chip. It was very frustrating making numerous repair requests when first moving in and throughout the first year. Crappy company ruining Corona with their brand new neighborhoods with tiny houses and narrow streets. Good luck calling the Fire Department. Streets are designed to flood into the neighbors house. No emergency overflow for the street. No Water Quality compliance per State requirement.
