We have hired VCP for several years for different projects. Rob, the ownerof VCP is a professional, knowledgeable plumber who takes his work seriously and always outlines a detailed estimate of the work that is required and in many instances the estimate is very accurate. The plumber arrived on the date and time as promised. He located and confirmed where the leak was coming from by cutting a hole in the kitchen ceiling. He took care not to make the hole any bigger than it needed to be. He made sure work areas were covered and cleaned up after the leak was fixed.
