I came in to get a virgin hair relaxer and I left with all my wishes met. And Raphael was the reason in achieving that. He explained every step without me asking, made the environment one of relaxation and comfort, and provided exceptional service for my hair. Raphael did such a good job, that my mom is even planning to book an appointment with him soon! very nice salon! space is large, clean, professional, and features a snack/bev bar. my stylist Ralpheal was absolutely amazing: so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. since my hair is fine and thin, i’m careful about who handles it, but he treated it with care and patience. he communicated so well throughout the entire process and was so positive and affirming about my hair's condition prior to the service. i’m so excited for this new hair journey and can’t wait for my next appointment! :) thank you!
On july 5th, today I had stopped by for a pixie cut, wash and the first lady treatment. I had the pleasure of being serviced as a walk in by Ralphael and he gave me everything I asked for and more!! 10/10 recommend!!
