This was my first professional salon visit in 4 years. I showed up looking crazy, like Adele Givens in Beauty Shop, and left with a nice bob. Ralphael had extensive knowledge about hair and reassured me that I was in good hands, thanks to his 30 years of experience. He patiently explained how I could achieve the look I wanted and listened when I explained that I wanted to maintain my length. I was nervous about straightening my hair, but I just did a wash and go, and the shape is exactly how I wanted it!

This is my second time getting a braid takedown, silk press, trim, and deep conditioning treatment with Raphael, and both experiences have been excellent. He is extremely professional, kind, and attentive. He takes the time to carefully explain everything he is going to do throughout the appointment and checks in regularly to make sure you are comfortable.
