Me and my husband came here and he purchased a necklace for me for our 5 year anniversary!! Priscilla and Alexandra were sooo amazing and very knowledgeable! They went above and beyond to make our purchase memorable!
I have only bought van Cleef at the Neiman Marcus boutique because of the saleswoman Asha. Not only is she an exceptional saleswoman but she is an extraordinary person. From picking my piece of jewelry to educating me on how to care for my piece, Asha went above and beyond. She is kind and takes her time making you feel special. The wrapping of the gift wax also done with such care. I will always go back there because Asha is simply the best!
Nothing but disappointment from this “luxury” brand. I walked into this store on a Wednesday afternoon at approx. 1.45pm. There were 2 sales people, each one with a client. There was another staff with one of the sales woman, but when she saw me, she walked towards me and smiled, and asked how she could help. I asked if I could try on their perlee collection for sizing. Asha made the most pleasant boutique experience ever! She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to clients needs + provides candid advice and suggestions that overall made it such a nice experience! Definitely recommend!
