I have bought couple jewelry from frank. unfortunately, he was busy that day. There was this asian lady needs to go. Her attitude is unbearable and i had to puzzle what she was trying to say(short late aged asian lady). I clearly see product is available on online and she was keep telling me that it was sold out and it’s on waiting list. She did not even ask if i wanted to be on waiting list either. She was just busy kicking me and people out. Maybe she was jealous that she did not have any clients?

Ms.Kim was very helpful and nice . I will go back to buy again.
Rude customer service, just buy online. Don’t waste your time going in , the location is also very tiny with very little choice.
