Very unprofessional sales assistant. Make you feel unwelcome. It’s a pity certain locations ruin the otherwise nice experience of shopping at van cleef

I am surprised to see some disappointing reviews , however my experience was different. Thanks to the SA , Shamilla Simms. I went there with my younger sis and we tried on a few pieces , Shamilla visually sold the tiger eye vintage Alhambra necklace to me when I didn’t know what piece I wanted. She was very friendly, welcoming and due to this I left thinking about the tiger eye necklace.(lol) now few months later I finally bought it in Paris. I hope to visit this branch again to resize it. Had a really good experience, was sceptical visiting after seeing the reviews but Scarlett was amazing, so kind and helpful when I was stuck between two designs and not rushing me at all. I would ask for her when booking if you are scared you are going to get someone mean like in the reviews as she was very nice

Very disappointing experience. I’m a regular VCA customer globally, but this boutique refused to let me try on earrings — something I’ve never encountered elsewhere. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Don’t waste your time or money here. This is not the level of service you’d expect from a luxury brand.
