I was very excited to purchase my 5 motif onyx bracelet until I realized the waitlist after I already paid in full. I was suppose to get 2 phone calls - 1st when the bracelet arrived and ready to be sent for adjustment AND 2nd when the bracelet is ready for pickup. I didn’t get my first phone call. I ended up calling them to check the status of my bracelet. I received the second phone call but the message was in Chinese. I had to get it Google Translated.
