I bought a necklace in Taiwan and brought it in for it to be lengthened. Everyone at this store is so nice and helpful! Donna helped me when I dropped it off and she took the time to explain things. This was my first Van Cleef piece and it was a memento of my amazing trip and Donna and everyone at the store helped make it even more special! Thank you so much for everything!!!!

I recently brought a bracelet to the Van Cleef & Arpels Manhasset boutique for resizing and was disappointed with the experience. The bracelet was a gift purchased abroad, and I was later asked to provide a certificate or purchase details. While I understand the need for verification, this requirement was not clearly communicated when the bracelet was initially accepted for service. Fantastic experience shopping at this store! Tracy was so helpful in getting me all the pieces I want with minimal waiting. She is always able to remember and handle my requests in an incredibly friendly and responsible way. I’ll definitely keep shopping and recommend this store to everyone I know!
