I was really looking forward to visiting the Van Cleef & Arpels Manhasset boutique to purchase my first necklace, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When my friend and I entered, no one greeted us or offered assistance. Instead, the staff just stared as we browsed. Eventually, I asked to try on a necklace and was told to stand by the door to look in a mirror, under harsh lighting that made it difficult to see how the piece actually looked. I went there today to order the earrings and they didn’t want to do that. Poor service, stay away from the store .
