Marty at Van City RV Montana was fantastic. He answered all my questions, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and made everything easy. He even picked us up from the airport, took us to lunch, and made delivery smooth and seamless. The delivery process was excellent and thorough, and the entire team at Van City RV was great to work with. Highly recommend working with them.
Just finished up the purchase of a used Airstream at Van City Kalispell, and cannot say enough good about Marty, who handled the sale. The transaction was done remotely, but Marty’s excellent communication and attention to detail made it feel like we were standing right there. Kudos to the whole team in Kalispell, but Marty was phenomenal.
Don't bother stopping in late in the day - it's miller time and the sales staff leaves early - screw selling, not a priority. We showed up 10 min before closing to get a Quick Look and were turned away - not sure why they don't just put the real hours on the door, whatever those are. Pretty pathetic for a a dealer IMO who sells stuff that cost almost as much as a house.
We were passing through the area and were having issues with our solar. Stopped in unannounced and Chad went above and beyond to answer our questions and show us about our solar system. I was very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help us. If you're in the area don't hesitate to do your business here
Stopped by during my cross country road trip and the guys got me in and out in no time! Marty, Chad and Alex couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Highly recommend their services, they also have an awesome fleet of vans and RVs. Thanks again fellas!
