We ordered our RV from the Vegas store and picked it up here. Joe and Emily from here were great, Daryl and Michael from Vegas were also great. This is our first RV. Very high quality LTV Unity we named Figment. Great job and highly recommend!
I wanted to say that Scott in the service department is awesome to deal with. He has helped me with my van whenever there is an issue, and gets me in quickly. Whenever I buy a new van it will be from Van City RV because service is key when running the van everyday like I do. You’re the man Scott!
Recently we had a laundry list of issues with our 5 year old Isata 5- noting around 8 things that would be best to have the " experts" address-Scott and his team worked us in and got everything completed as if it were their own motorhome. Ever since Scott arrived as service manager- we have seen a service crew that is very well trained in fixes. Service work isn't cheap but when its done right to this level- its money well spent. All rv/motorhome repair shops aren't the same- this one is at the top .
