The appointment felt very rushed. I didn’t feel that I had much opportunity to speak or fully explain what I was experiencing. A significant part of the conversation seemed to be directed toward the intern rather than toward me, and I often felt more like an extra person in the room than the patient. I left feeling dismissed rather than supported or cared for.

Dr Grace is an excellent and caring ENT specialist. It was the interaction with the receptionist that marred the experience with this office. The receptionist's tone and voice over the phone were very unprofessional and disrespectful. You can read the irrelevant response given me hours after I used a wrong name. The receptionist actually didn't bother to introduce herself as she picked up the phone and ordered me to wait. I recently had a nasal cautery done at this clinic, and Dr. Grace Yi conducted it rather skillfully. It's been a week and the healing is smooth and without complications. Dr. Yi was a bit brief, and did answer and listen to all of my questions. I had the sense that she thought I was overreacting (and maybe I was) since she does much more extensive operations regularly. The front desk ladies were definitely the rudest and most unprofessional staff I’ve experienced in healthcare — even in ER and urgent care settings. I went to the wrong location at first (15 mins early) and promptly called the front desk to ask if I could come in or reschedule. I was met with condescension. I offered rescheduling again but they told me I could come in.
