I came here after my doctor recommended I get an xray of my lungs because I asperated (breathed in) a tiny piece of gum, and the clinic closer to my home can't do xrays right now. The nurse was very sweet, but Dr. Van spent the majority of his time with me trying to convince me that my experience wasn't what happened. One star is being generous. I truly wish Google allowed zero stars. There is a reason this provider’s reviews are overwhelmingly negative, and quite frankly, it is embarrassing for anyone who practices medicine because his bedside manner is beyond terrible. This guy didn’t want to listen or help me. I had food poisoning and needed fluids. I believe he didn’t do his job because I was the last patient on a Saturday. These 1 star reviews are not a joke. He also got aggressive and visibly upset when I told him I’m going to the ER instead. Avoid this doctor at all cost. I also waited 2 hours for this terrible service.
I had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Van at White-Wilson Medical Center in Fort Walton Beach. I came in with visible swelling and pain in my neck and clavicle area, worried about a possible infection or something more serious.
