My experience at Van Chevrolet’s service center was extremely disappointing. Initially, everyone was friendly, listened to my concerns, and assured me they would thoroughly inspect my vehicle and take good care of it. However, after dropping off my car, days passed without a single update. I was originally expecting the repair to take no more than two or three days. Had to stop in to get locking lug nuts removed from my 2500HD (didn'thave an appointment), and Ben was amazing! Told me to hop in the passenger seat "we'll knock this out". Was back heading to Discount Tire in 10 minutes...thanks for being unreasonable and taking care of me. -Tom
Van Chevrolet service department provided amazing service when my new truck had issues. Matthew McMurray was my service advisor and him and his team were able to get me back in my truck in a week when I thought it would take a lot longer. I highly recommend Van Chevrolet for any service needs.
Oh we bought our car here and they're the greatest! We love our car & they made it very fast and easy way to buy it. I almost asked for a job here, great great company & prices! 😀🙏 We highly recommend this place.
