I paid $144. for a complete gasket set for my 2.1 vanagon ,the package came opened. Was Missing the oil pressure relief valve crush washer, the front crankshaft pulley O-ring ,and a water pump O-ring. I will never do biz with these people again. I spent over an hour trying to get help, finally a guy in Califorinia that works for them sent me the crank pully o-ring. I have used V.R. Dont buy from Van Cafe, troubleshooting guy Jacob couldnt care less! So, Ive had a decent call back in Sep, when they sent me a faulty thermostat. They were helpful in getting it resolved back then, but if you need help troubleshooting, they dont care at all! So, I had another issue with it and Jacob, who was answering the line for troubleshooting, I told him I wasnt getting anything on my thermostat, and told him I checked the fuse, which was fine.
