I’ve gone to this car wash for the last 4-5 years and have enjoyed the service. But I’ve noticed that if you have an issue with the operation of the machine (s) it tells you on the door to leave your information, with problem that you experienced and will be contacted/ reimbursed. Well weeks later, I went back and addressed the issue with the maintenance guy and he assured me that I would be receiving a call. Well it’s now been over a month and I still haven’t received a call.
