Building Security Worthless, Need ID for entry, Close to Malcolm X College & United Center, parking 🅿️ lot available, close to CTA Blueline… Go Bulls & Blackhawks 🤙🏽💪🏽🤝🏽🏀💯🏒
Bug infested building , crime ridden environment , lead by ann unprofessional , catty, and unreliable management team , tenants do drugs openly, no working common space bathroom , safety compromised by unethical employees and improper procedures, no reinforcement of rules. Not worth the drama if you can avoid it !
They except individuals with disabilities and seniors. They gave my daughters a chance at independence despite there disabilities,being disabled does not mean incapable. The area and building has changed over the years unfortunately. Close to downtown,across the street from Malcolm X college A bus away from harold Washington,some stores,bus routes closest are Jackson,damen,madison,Roosevelt also the train, and metra not far away.
