Lived here back in 2013 moved out less then a year later due to the fact that I lost my boyfriend to suicide(gun shot to the face in front of me). Living there was ok as long as you knew your neighbors. House was broken in to TWICE even though we have security. My neighbor had to call me.. We have gone through a few owners and when we first moved in we were promised a shed. 2 years later atill no shed. The manager likes to charge false fees that she cant explain. I regret moving in here. Huge mistake.
I moved here three years ago hoping that this would b my starter home. The park knew of this when we moved in and told us they have a policy of an unconditional buy back, so we went through with the signing. At the beginning of this year we found a home that we wanted with acreage. we went to the office to see if they would buy back our home and they offered a whole 2,000 dollars for my home. For the love of god, DO NOT move into this trailer park. The managers are awful, they play favorites, and listen to anything that their favorites tell them as they can do no wrong.They are totally racial, as is the local police department. The lot rent keeps going up and we get nothing in return. When I first moved in here we had 2 garbage pick-ups per week and yard waste pick-up once a week.
