Vbems has the best and hardest workers. they are out there every day in the hot cold or bad weather doing there best to help with every need, demand, or concerned pedestrians. We don’t give them a lot of credit for all the hard work they do whether it being ambulance or transport. Stay safe and thanks for all they do.

I called 911 around 11 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. My husband had been letharic and running a fever all day. When he tried to rise from his chair to go to bed, he was too weak to stand. I attemped to help him for over half an hour before calling 911. The two EMTs from Van Buren Emergency Medical Services that responded were very unprofessional. Cutting people off in traffic, trying to wedge the big van in small gaps between cars, tailgates to make yellow lights, on the phone while driving. I wouldn't trust a person in a wheelchair to whoever the hell was driving that van.

I had to have the ambulance come to my house in July. I don't know how long it took because I was having breathing problems. I do know it felt like they were there fast. They were very nice in helping me out, drive to the hospital went well. Very pleased with their manners. Thank you.
