I can't express on how smooth to whole process from start to finish went. The price in my opinion was a fair price for both parties involved. The professionalism and communication skill from Renee De Baca was excellent.
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Van Buick GMC in Scottsdale. I own a 2023 Yukon Denali, purchased from a GMC dealership in Tucson. I recently (under warranty) brought it to Van Buick GMC for a routine oil change—well within my warranty period. Upon arrival, I mentioned to the service tech that the belt was unusually loud.
