Took my 22 chevrolet Silverado ZR2 for a recall service. Money was stolen from my center console compartment. After I reported it to my service rep Dakota he admitted there were cameras in the lube service bay and only 1 tech had touched the vehicle. After he spoke to his service manager Adam he explained there was actually no cameras. Both admitted the tech would not be admit to stealing, even if they stole, in fear of losing their career. Bad experience
Our service advisor, Jacob, is great. Jacob is always friendly, knowledgeable and always professional. He also keeps me informed as to the repair/maintenance progress of my vehicles are in the Service Dept.
2 Problems: 1. On 8/25/25, the vehicle was brought in for an oil change and the service was completed, but the problem was, I got a call from a high pressured salesperson wanting to sell me a new car. Very aggravating! 2. The parking at this dealer location is a major headache. There are only a handful of spaces, and they're always full. It's especially bad during peak hours.
Deal never happened. Problem with paperwork and now they will not even respond. My personal opinion, they did it on purpose so they could back out of the deal.
