Ordered a load of parts off them recently to fix my transit, seemed helpful enough on the phone to begin with but in the end they were anything but. Advertised with 2-3 working day delivery which ended up being about 10 days, parts arrived damaged and some ended up being faulty. Told me the parts had came off a van on 12,000 miles which doesn’t look to be true going off the condition, also told me that one of the parts had been pressure tested which also doesn’t look to be true as it looks just as dirty as the one on my van ... read more
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I was contacted by them having completed a search via a parts finding search site. When they called me I was very clear about my requirements for a van door in perfect condition with handle, hinges and door card. The lady I spoke to assured me it was in perfect condition and off a 2022 vehicle just like mine. What I received was a dented, scratched door without hinges, card or handle. Excellent staff, delt with two orders that was urgent. I myself was rude to staff at the breakers yard when DHL was delaying an urgent part. I sent my sincere apologies I highly recommend this breakers yard for parts 5*
They are awful. 2 to 3 working days means something different to them. You may get a call asking for your address on the day of your delivery, might say. "they found it", you might just think that means your parts are delivered.. Nope. You might expect them to answer your messages.. Nope you will be called a liar when you discuss it with the rude and incompetent staff though. Its Monday. I ordered the parts last teusday. Then I looked at these reviews..
Avoid at all costs. Telephoned us after we registered on breaker link. Told us they had the part we wanted, paid over phone, they sent wrong part. Wouldn’t admit they were wrong. We ended up returning but trying to get refund for their error was a nightmare. Trading under different name according to invoice. Very rude man on phone, one of the guys was helpful but the other was truly awful. If you don’t want to lose money, do not use this company. Trading standards been informed
