Bought 3 vehicles from Suburu. And Kitty Carlisle. No car is perfect. But they made it good. We love our Crosstreks. We love the maintenance department! Just drive on in. Leave your car, and go sit and have a snack while waiting. Safe to say I do t have more room to write. But if you need a car go get a suburu! And get it from Victor they take good care of you.

Parts counter was helpful and ordered what I needed.
My steering wheel locked on my 2015 Outback while parked at Pittsford shopping this Saturday. I was not able to free up steering wheel to start vehicle. The Victor service center was great advising. I was able to free up wheel and start the vehicle-cancelling the service tech from driving out to assist. Van Bortel Service team is super! Would definitely recommend and purchase another vehicle from Van Bortel- they go above support for Subaru owners- THANK YOU again Victor Serice Team!!
