I brought my 2017 F150 in for repair for the dreaded "cam phaser" problem. Took my 24’ Raptor in to get the transmission fluid level reassessed due to a low whining sound my 10R60 tranny was making. Shop foreman Steve Malin was very helpful and provided education regarding the expected findings. Coming from BMW M cars, the Raptors are new to me and I’m still getting used to different sounds the platform makes. Steve was able to help answer all of my questions.
