11/10 - bring cash! I used to come here all the time for highlight and color. Came back recently for a hair cut, super affordable - van is the best! Her employees are all skilled and friendly. Free parking on the back street. There is also a nail technician Winnie, her gel nails last forever!
Lovely customer service experience but maybe the most lopsided haircuts I've ever received! Probably should be expected for $12 men's cut though
