The customer service is not great. Twice I have had to leave a message and it's obvious no one listened to it or if they did as they claim it was not recorded. Mother's propane has gotten very low due to this. I did get apology from one of women which I appreciated and why I didn't give it a lower rating. This time when complained no apology only attitude. They have an issue but instead of taking it seriously and trying to do better act like you're the problem.
Had a scheduled tank set, took a day off work for it. Guess what ? IT DIDN'T HAPPEN !!!! oh, there was a miscommunication in the office, sorry we don’t have anybody in your area today. RUN, don’t walk to a more responsible, reliable propane supplier !!!!
