Was given an appointment of 7/15. I dropped the car off the night before and they wait all day until 45 minutes before they close to finally call me to say ohh it was hot out today and we didn’t get to your car, do you want to reschedule? All I needed was an inspection, tire rotation and oil change. I said I waited around all day and now you call. If I reschedule will you get to it on that day and they said they don’t know?? So unprofessional and very disorganized. They used to be good to go to but now it’s just a mess.
Been going here for repairs at least 10 years. Highly recommend as they're trust worthy, do a great job, very fair with prices as well as friendly & accommodating. Had both side mirror assembly replaced. Not only did they complete the work in a timely manner but they even painted the mirror caps to match the car! I was so happy!
Never going back. Took my car in for some basic maintenance and one specific issue last month, and after a week of having my car for SMALL fixes as I was told after the first day… not only is the one problem still a problem; but they found a small leak that apparently took four whole days to find, they couldn’t update me, and now my car drives funny, the steering jerks, and again… still the SAME problems as before. Changing my review from 5 stars to 3 after my last visit. This place is incredibly disorganized, I was lied to about how much I could get in a rebate, and when I suggested that they modernize to at least 2001 and get a computer, the woman on the phone told me she doesn't want a computer. Van Allen does good work, but I would recommend going somewhere else.
