Got charged $100 for forgetting to stomp on a medium sized cardboard box when recycling. Staff is always impossible to contact, there’s no email and phone line busy. This was the worst of many other reasons why they are extremely stingy once you sign WAY more than most apartments, I rarely leave reviews and had to leave this.
Daquan has provided prompt and excellent maintenance services, including after-hours for more urgent needs.

I lived here for a little less than a year back in 2021, so my review might not fully reflect the current situation. The apartments were excellent and modern with great amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of visitor parking, which was the main issue during my stay.
