Our fire alarm began beeping continuously this evening, and maintenance was able to come up to our unit late in the evening and quickly fix the issue. Daquan was fast, professional, and thorough, checking and replacing malfunctioning alarm as well as all the other alarms in our unit.
We just moved in and had some minor things in the apartment like lightbulbs replaced and such and the maintenance team is incredible! We’ve worked with Ashley and DaQuan and they were both super friendly, timely and helpful. In fact, everyone that works at the Van Alen has been great, especially Kym and Rob at the front desk and Layla in leasing.
DaQuan with the maintenance team is awesome! He handled my emergency maintenance issue so quickly and professionally! He showed up fast, fixed the problem right away, and thoroughly explained what caused the issue. Truly appreciated, thanks again DaQuan!!
While the community as a whole has its struggles with shared items waiting for repair parts, we never have an issue with timeliness of maintenance within our unit. If we enter an in-unit request, it’s addressed right away, often same day or within 24 hours. The staff is always pleasant and courteous in our home, specifically Ashley, Calvin, and Daquan are technicians we’ve interacted with recently. Overall we’re happy with the level of attention to key maintenance concerns that allow us to be comfortable in our home daily.
Daquan resolved our maintenance issues in less than 24 hours. Great experience thus far.
