I had such an amazing tour with Layla Perry, she was incredibly welcoming, upbeat, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Their energy and knowledge made the whole experience that much better. I left the tour feeling excited and confident. Definitely one of the best leasing experiences I’ve ever had in a while!
I recently toured with Layla and she was great, very knowledgeable about the property and the local downtown area, Yanahi was very nice and welcoming she was also very knowledgeable about the area as well. They were incredibly helpful during the tour and after when I had any questions and they were also very accommodating. Ashli was very welcoming and offered me drinks and snacks, she was very polite and attentive, The whole staff was really friendly and made me feel right at home

Just moved out after two years. Maintenance Staff & Grounds Staff is super amazing. Parking Gates keep breaking throughout my stay. Elevators keep going down after storms. Worst of all is the 'Trash Police' all they do is complain about rules and don't even pick up Trash on weekends. It is a wonderful apartment but when I left I got $0.24 of my deposit back, really insult to injury when I left. I paid a huge dog deposit to move in and then they charged me for carpet replacement, this is normal wear and tear after two years o... read more
