It's a nice place to live, it's quite and the neighbors on the 2nd floor Are very respectful of each other. The walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors blow me. It's a lot of running down there, and it shakes the hole second floor. But it's a good choice If your looking for an apartment the manager and her staff have been great.
