If you want something mediocre, this is not the place. The desserts are soooooo good. They come in so many flavors and sizes. The prices are very reasonable, and its gentle on the tummy. It's shaved ice, that taste like delicious premium ice cream. The decor is awesome and aligned with the name "Vampire Penguin ", and it's family friendly. Kids would love it, even the youth in you.
