Very good. Just over priced. 4.50 for a TINY coffee
While wondering Aiken city center, I came across the most strange cafe. A combination of vampires and penguins all which serve ice treats and coffees. As the day was quite cold, I entered to see about some hot drinks and was greeted with a fun assortment strange and fun combinations from a s’mores latte to a brown sugar milk tea latte. The brown sugar milk tea looked the most enticing and with an easy order, I was enjoying a nice hot milk tea, American style. It was tasty and quite different from the milk teas I am used too.
We finally made it to Vampire Penguin after having it on our to-do list for years and wow, was it worth the wait!!! We stopped in last night with family visiting from Oregon, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. I ordered the peanut butter cup, and let me just say: absolutely amazing! The aesthetic was very cute, warm and welcoming. The employees were very nice and professional and best of all the ice was so good. This is something different and delicious. Would be a great choice for a sweet date night or somewhere fun to take your kids.
