This place is a disaster. The owner is completely incompetent and treats employees like disposable tools. The entire operation survives solely because of the hardworking staff—who are undervalued, overworked, and constantly walking on eggshells out of fear of losing their jobs. There’s zero appreciation, no support, and absolutely no respect for the people who keep things running. It’s not a workplace—it’s a trap. If you care about your mental health and professional growth, steer clear.

I strongly advise against working with this company. They consistently use extremely cheap and low-quality materials—some so flimsy they might as well be made of paper. Despite this, they shift the blame onto subcontractors when the results inevitably fall short, ignoring the fact that it's nearly impossible to deliver high-quality workmanship with such substandard supplies, especially under rushed conditions.
