Super friendly and helpful. They didn't have the part that I needed (out of stock because it was so old) but they had a pretty good idea as to who would and directed me to them. I've since ordered an extra with them as well as every other part of needed for my aged plumbing fixtures!
I cannot even start to explain how thankful I am for the help I got from y'all. I'd been to Home Depot and Lowes twice each and every time sent away with the wrong parts I needed to fix my shower knobs (who knew the stems were so complicated and come in so many sizes?!) Thankfully after being recommended your place, the guys on the counter were able to get me right in no time.
