The couch is beautiful, and I appreciate that the covers are removable for washing. However, after washing them, they were completely ruined. What’s worse, they don’t mention that washing the covers voids your warranty. I originally purchased the covers in 2022 for $299, but when I checked today to buy new ones, I found they are now priced at $800. Purchased this couch in May 2024, less than 6 months ago. We purchased the 2 year extended warranty and we reached out as the fabric on our couch is “warping”. We haven’t washed the fabric yet but do not have AC so our thoughts is that it is due to the high humidity in Hawaii. The customer service was great for delivery but the quality is greatly lacking. We have two young kids so we knew that buying the warranty would be the smart decision for our family but Valyou is being unresponsive. There is no one to speak to live on ... read more
They shipped an ottoman that didn’t match the color on the website. After two months of consistently following up while keeping the ottoman in the original packaging they sent an invoice for $332 and said they won’t schedule the return freight until we pay the invoice. Do not trust this site.
I purchased two sofas and two coffee tables from Valyou on Nov. 28, 2024 because the measurements worked for our space. The feather sectional with one table were delivered in February but now we been told to wait till end of March for the rest of my order. By the way the feather sectional is NOT comfortable at all, every month we’re told to wait another month because of logistic issues with receiving items from overseas.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. The products look great for the price. Only bummer is that one set of legs for the couch I bought had noticeable scratches and use
