This was easily the best customer service banking experience that I've ever had. The branch manager Alan was patient with all my questions for our auto loan application and process. Plus they had the best rate and terms out of the multiple credit unions they I shopped. Thanks Alan and Valwood Park FCU.

The team here has always provided me the best service as we got more involvement. I pretty much know everyone's name there and they know me as well. It's personal, you aren't just a number to them. Best bank I've experienced over 15 years of switching from big and small banks. Updates: There is a huge issue with this bank, this bank is illegal moving my money around over $6000-7000 without my permission. Closing accounts and not updating me about it.
