The team here has always provided me the best service as we got more involvement. I pretty much know everyone's name there and they know me as well. It's personal, you aren't just a number to them. Best bank I've experienced over 15 years of switching from big and small banks. They use to be amazing but seems like the changes are destroying them. The management is terrible now. Give us back the regular Valwood with great customer service.
