First time changing oil at this location. Staff were courteous and efficient. They keep the service bay spotlessly clean, which I appreciate. No barringly loud music either. You can stay in your car while they change your oil, which is great cause I have my dog in the backseat. I also noticed they announced to the camera every step that they performed so they have a recording of what was done. One minor hiccup is the tire pressure. We have been going to this Valvoline since it opened. Thanks to Keyvone and Bradley for always providing great customer service and product knowledge. Most importantly they are trustworthy. And they are two great guys and we will continue to give them our business. They deserve a pat on the back for a job well done.
The manager Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable about the various grades and specs for all my vehicles. Will likely start bring my Titan xd diesel there as well.
