What is going on Valvoline? This location is usually pretty good with service but today The young kid working was very unprofessional and no knowledge of work he is doing. Went in for an oil change and cabin filter replacement. They only topped off my oil with 1.5 quarts. They said they couldn't change my oil because of an active oil leak (insurance reasons).
