I am writing to express my frustration with the customer service I recently received. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and honestly made me question whether I want to continue using your services at all. At my very last visit I was suspicious. They were not changing my oil filter during the service right after I get out of the location I parked on the street in the snap some pictures of my oil filter ensure enough they charge me for a new one, but it was never replaced if you can see attach it on this compla... read more
