I love the customer service.. Every step of the process is explained and I love it. I have never waited long and the cost for the service is great!
I thought I would try a new service center in Pawleys Island. I walked in and was told it would be two or more hours before I could help me because they were all going to lunch. There was no offer to do anything else but come back a different time. I felt I had interupted them. So to drove to Georgetown and was greeted by the friendlest staff. They were (as always) very professional and made me feel like they were greatful I was there. The price was reasonable, but the attitude's of the staff was pricless!
I love Georgetown Valvoline! It costs more than my old place, but I love the staff & that they are thorough. Could use better coupons!
