I had an excellent experience with the Valvoline in Boaz. Jerred was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me understand more about my “new to me” car and the upkeep it entailed without pressuring me into purchasing anything in the moment. Went for an oil change and left with a quick thorough oil change, tire rotation, and feeling more informed about my car.
I have been to many places for oil changes, but as a woman.. I have often felt like the technician made me feel stupid or dumb when It comes to things in the car to the point where I dreaded oil changes. This place is different. They have always felt welcoming and every technician has been so kind. Jerred was amazing in understanding and teaching the things my car needs. I will not go anywhere else now.
Jarrad is a excellent technician up here at the Boaz location is a top of the line funny man will take good care of your vehicle and won’t beat around the bush highly recommended
The gentlemen who work here are very pleasant, courteous and professional. Took the time out to explain what they were doing and were thorough in letting my daughter and I know what future maintenance is needed with our cars. We will certainly be back.
