Regina was my service agent. She was outstanding. Extremely professional, gave detailed information on the process and answered all of my questions. Her professionalism and customer focus was above expectations!!
I went to get an oil change on 6/22/25 Sunday, on Monday morning I had oil leaking from my car, I went back to Valvoline in the afternoon spoke with the manager Tommy ( who changed my oil , with the assistant manager on Sunday added gasket etc .. it’s now Monday and tomorrow Tuesday I need to go back in the morning because now it’s still oil leaking plus now water leaking ! DO NOT GO HERE !
