Went here months ago for an oil change, it was fine. Now I am changing my own oil however it seems like they used an air compressor to tighten every bolt on my oil cover and drain plug. It was definitely not torqued to spec. Been trying to loosen plug for hours.
The guys of Valvoline here are awesome. They diagnosed an oil leak problem for me and I always have a good experience at this store. Can't recommend them enough.
I have a Land Rover that apearantly is not easy to do an oil change on As a team, the team handled it efficiently and professionally. From which oil was needed (and letting me know ahead of time the increased cost) to using a tool to avoid having to drop a skid plate. The were interactive on everything that they did. I was very comfortable with the process
