I needed an oil change and was turned away, an attendant informed me my car was to low to the ground, keep in mind my car was just there a week prior and I was told to come back... needless to say I ended up getting my oil changed at Pep boys down the street... The old place Lube Oil was the best.
Comment: Regina was so professional and knew exactly what she was doing! It was smooth and simple. Nothing was a guess, it was straight forward and no high pressure sales. Polite and concise.
It’s quick and they communicate everything to you. If you need xyz they’ll let you know. They don’t pressure you to buy from them, they just give you the option to have your air filter, engine filter, lights, etc changed with them. It’s a one-stop shop for me and I always take advantage of anything I need to change. It’s all done while your oil is being changed which makes it even better.
Very impressed with the service! Researched other places and Valvoline has better or comparable pricing. They work like a pit crew...Robert was my pit boss and Marcus was the crew. Great explanations on what they were doing and they checked everything and communicated with each other and myself through out. Almost forgot the guy in the actual pit...thank you! Used tje original Lube it All for 25 years before, hopefully here at Valvoline for another 25.
I had an oil change done here a few months ago. Recently, I had to bring my car to a mechanic and was informed that the oil filter had not been properly installed during that service, resulting in a slow leak over time. Unfortunately, this led to significant engine damage and I’m looking at a repair bill of $3,500. A routine $100 oil change turned into a major, costly issue. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering I never experienced problems like this when the location operated as Lube It All.
