When they first open it was a nice place to go to. Now the customer service is lacking and the up sale is insane. I suggest taking your service somewhere else.

I recently visited this location to have my radiator flushed. During the course of the procedure, a hose connection was broken on accident by one of the technicians. After discussion with the manager on duty, he drove a 2 hour round trip to pick up the replacement part and also discounted the service due to the inconvenience. Accidents happen but I appreciated their effort to correct the situation, and they deserve all the credit for that. Honestly don’t go. The manager I think his name is Zach? He is a jerk who doesn’t want to work. We got no service twice, once for a really easy license plate screw removal and once for a regular oil change. He’s a real piece of work. We liked them the few times we went last year because Mikayla was nice but we think she quit due to poor management. I was scammed. Those guys will try to sell you a new car if you let them. I went in for a quick oil change and they tried to sell me $500.00 worth of service. They removed my air filter and threw it away and replaced it. They also charged me $32.00 for an extra quart of oil because of the engine in my vehicle. My invoice was $168.00. I used to respect Valvoline because of the brand, but not anymore. It’s the new one in Acworth, Ga.
