Went here for 1.5 years but the staff turnover seems extremely high and finally ended up with one of them putting the plug back without a gasket and then over torquing it. Then they stripped the bolt trying to get it off next time, tried to tell me it's normal when the car is rocking back and forth as the guy tries to undo the drain pan plug. Took it home and had to weld a nut to the bolt to get it out because they stripped it so badly. The convenience doesn't overcome the mess they can cause with poorly trained employees.
Stop to get a oil change, but was treated very rude, so I went somewhere else.
