I had an absolute phenomenal experience today at this location! I have never been to one of your stores before and I had a faulty oil change at Fred Anderson in Charleston and my car was leaking oil really badly. I went in today and Jacob and his team took the most amazing care of me and I was in and out in 15 minutes and I will be coming there for oil changes from now on! Edited: Made it to the light and my car broke down. Transmission fluid everywhere. They tried to make it right the first day but couldn’t fix the problem and left me stranded. I was told it was not Valvoline problem it was a Toyota problem. Still stranded without a vehicle. Claim#: CS1989966 Hope cooperate can make it right. Very efficient service especially in light of an exceptionally busy day where every bay is filled with 4 cars in line at each bay!
Valvoline on Faison Rd does a terrific job every time my family stops by for an oil change. Very thorough, efficient and friendly. Didn't try and upsell me anything my vehicle didn't need.
